In addition, your original music must not contain any Samples, Sound Bytes, or any Intellectual Property TV from a Song, a Movie or any form of Media that is not created and/or owned by you.

If your music is accepted, we will email you a LICENSING AGREEMENT and MUSIC INFORMATION FORMS asking specific questions about each song in order for us to create Your Shop Hip Hop Music TV Spots. Copyright Information will also be provided to you to ensure that Your Music is legally protected with the Library of Congress - U.S. Copyright Office.

You are also required to send us your Artist, Group or Band Photo and Music files in specific file formats named in the Music Information Form. Photos are required in either jpeg or png formats and Music is required in the mp3 file format. You must own and/or have written your song lyrics and you (or your Music Producer) must have created your Original Music (and it must not contain any Samples, Sound Bytes or any Intellectual Property that is not owned or created by You or your Music Producer).

You will be scheduled to appear at our Facility for your Single Song Music Video Shoot for (5) or more Songs; OR You will be required to upload your Original Single Song Video Files in an mp4 or mov format. Your music shall also be submitted as single song mp3 Audio Files for streaming broadcast and Home Shopping TV Sales.

Our Editors and Programming Technicians will edit, code and fully prepare your Single Song Media Content for presentation and Sales to TV Viewers on Shop Hip Hop Music Television Network.
